Ostertag talks about NBA comeback

SALT LAKE CITY -- Greg Ostertag called me KSL's Rod Zundel two weeks ago to talk about golf. He also said he was thinking about making a comeback to the NBA--now it's started.

Ostertag is 36 years old, and last week went through a scrimmage with the Portland Trail Blazers--who are trying to find another big man. He also said he would be interested in talking with the Jazz.

Tag and Rod exchanged text messages Monday afternoon, and no word on when there will be another workout for an NBA team.

Ostertag has been living in Arizona the last couple of years, playing a lot of golf.
